    Q2: Do you provide Mill Test Certificates?
    Yes. Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates showing chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat numbers for full traceability.


    Q3: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    Our standard MOQ is 25 metric tons (approximately one 20ft container). We also accept trial orders — smaller quantities may be available at adjusted pricing.


    Q4: Can I order mixed sizes in one container?
    Absolutely. You can combine multiple diameters in a single container load. Please provide your size breakdown when requesting a quote.


    Q5: How do you ensure quality?
    We perform in-house tensile testing, bend testing, and chemical analysis on every heat. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is available at buyer's request.


    Q6: What lengths are available?
    Standard lengths are 6m, 9m, and 12m. Custom cut-to-length service is available — please specify your requirements.


    Q7: Is the rebar surface deformed or plain?
    We primarily supply deformed (ribbed) rebar for maximum concrete bonding. Plain round bars are available on request.


    Q8: How is rebar protected against rust during shipping?
    We apply anti-rust oil coating and weather-resistant packaging. For extended sea freight, we offer PE film wrapping and tarpaulin coverage.


    Q9: Can you supply epoxy-coated or galvanized rebar?
    Yes, we can arrange epoxy coating or hot-dip galvanizing through our partner facilities. MOQ and lead time may vary.


    Q10: What payment terms do you accept?
    We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and other terms negotiable for established buyers.
