Pre-treatment: Acid cleaning, phosphating, and saponification to ensure surface cleanliness and lubrication16.
Honing Process: Internal bore finishing with 4-6 abrasive strips to correct geometric deviations, achieving Ra0.4μm roughness610.
Post-processing: Straightening, end machining, and pressure testing to ensure straightness ≤0.5mm/m16.
