Product Introduction：
Our new electroplated pipes adopt a high-precision electroplating process, which deposits a uniform and compact metallic coating (zinc, copper, chromium and other coating materials are available upon request) on the surface of premium carbon steel base material. This process enables an optimal integration of the base material’s inherent strength and the functional attributes of the coating. The coating features an average thickness of ≥0.25 mm (with a customizable range of 20–50 μm), and demonstrates excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and salt spray resistance.
