Q235B Q345 Hot Dip Galvanized Corrugated Culvert Pipe for Highway Railway Culvert Drainage & Municipal Pipeline Engineering
Product Advantages
Superior Corrosion Resistance: Hot-dip galvanizing process provides an average coating thickness of ≥63μm (approximately 450g/m²), reaching 84μm (approximately 610g/m²) for high-corrosion environments. For extremely corrosive conditions, asphalt coating can be added for double protection, achieving a design service life of 50-100 years.
Ultra-Lightweight Structure, Convenient Installation: Weighing only 1/15 to 1/5 of concrete pipes, the product requires no heavy lifting equipment. Only minimal manual labor and simple tools are needed on-site, reducing construction time by over 50%.
Excellent Flexibility and Deformation Resistance: As a flexible structure, corrugated culvert pipes feature lateral displacement compensation, effectively adapting to adverse geological conditions such as uneven foundation settlement and frost heave deformation. It is particularly suitable for soft soil, expansive soil, collapsible loess, and permafrost regions.
Standardized Production, Reliable Quality: Factory-based centralized production ensures that geometric dimensions, welding quality, and coating thickness strictly comply with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and ISO.
Environmentally Friendly: Reduces or completely replaces traditional building materials such as cement, sand, and gravel. In areas lacking sand and stone resources or in ecologically fragile regions, the advantages of corrugated culvert pipes are particularly significant.
