Product Introduction
The production process begins with the careful selection of raw materials, either billet or coil. These materials are then heated in a pushing furnace before undergoing rough and finish rolling to achieve the desired shape and dimensions. Subsequent water cooling and straightening ensure structural integrity and alignment. The products are cut to specified lengths, followed by rigorous inspection of dimensions, shape, and surface quality. Optional surface treatments such as hot-dipped galvanizing, pre-galvanizing, painting, or oiling are applied based on customer requirements. Finally, the finished products are bundled and packed securely, ready for warehousing or shipping.
