High Quality Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Coil – DX51D SGCC – 0.12-4.0mm – for Construction & Home Appliance
Product Advantages
Excellent rust and corrosion resistance:The zinc coating effectively isolates air and moisture, significantly extending the service life of the steel.
Strong zinc adhesion, no peeling:Through a strict hot-dip galvanizing process, the zinc coating bonds firmly with the base metal, suitable for stamping, bending, and other subsequent processing.
Smooth surface, zero spangle available:Offers regular spangle, minimized spangle, and zero spangle options to meet various appearance and painting requirements.
Good workability:Supports stamping, bending, deep drawing, and other forming operations, suitable for complex part manufacturing.
Compliant with international standards:Products are manufactured and tested in strict accordance with ASTM, JIS, EN, GB, and other standards.
Various post-treatments available:Passivation, anti-fingerprint, oiling, and other surface treatments are available to suit different storage and application environments.

Galvanized type
Hot-Dip Galvanizing: The steel coil is immersed in molten zinc, forming a thick zinc layer with strong anti-corrosion properties.
Electro-Galvanizing: A thinner zinc layer is applied to the steel coil surface through electrolysis, resulting in a smoother finish suitable for precision processing.

FAQ
Q1: Will galvanized steel coil rust?
A1: Under normal conditions, the zinc coating provides good rust protection. For coastal or high-humidity environments, a thicker coating (e.g., Z275) is recommended.
Q2. What is zero spangle?
A2:Zero spangle means no visible crystalline pattern on the zinc surface, achieved by controlled cooling. It provides a smooth, uniform surface suitable for high-grade painting or home appliance exteriors.
- We have passed ISO9001, SGS, CE and other certifications;
- Always have pre-production samples before mass production,and always do final inspection before shipment;
- Acceptable third-party inspection.
Q3: Do you provide mill test certificates?
A3: Yes, each shipment comes with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC). EN 10204 Type 3.1 or SGS/BV third-party inspection reports are available upon request.
Q4: Can I visit your factory?
A4: Of course, we welcome customers from all over the world to visit our factory. However, some factories are not open to the public.
Q5: Do you offer slitting or cut-to-length services?
A5: Yes. Slitting, cut-to-length, and blanking services are available upon prior confirmation of specifications and quantity.
Q6: What is the shelf life of galvanized steel coil?
A6: Under dry, ventilated, indoor storage, the zinc coating can remain free of noticeable white rust for over 12 months. Avoid moisture and direct rain.
