The Production Process Key Steps
Feeding: Feeding the raw material (steel plate) into the slitting line for preliminary processing1.
Slitting: Cutting the steel plate into flat bars of the required width through the longitudinal cutting equipment to ensure width accuracy.
Leveling and cutting: Leveling the slitting flat bar to eliminate bending or deformation, and then cutting it to the customer's specified length (usually 2-12 meters).
